I keep thinking this over and over again....it's clear as day. Why not kill 2 birds with one stone? Mankins is not happy and we need a bona fide deep threat.
Discuss.....
Mankins has to sign his tender, which he is loathe to do because he doesn't have an acceptable deal in place. This is great fan conjecture, but an intellectual exercise doesn't move the chains on Sundays.
The Pats will modestly augment the roster before the trade deadline, but they won't make big moves until the draft, IMO.

I don't understand why people don't get this concept, I've said it 4 times already in different threads. You give Jackson a contract that states if he commits one more infraction, his contract is null and void. How hard is that to do or understand. It's not Rocket Science. It's a no-brainer. I'd do this trade in a heartbeat, but would the Chargers take it.

The man has Two DUI's one more and hes going to jail. I for one don't want to spend a high draft pick on someone that could end up in jail. It goes beyond pre madona behavior, its to much of a gambleI don't understand why people don't get this concept, I've said it 4 times already in different threads.
