I know some have boycotted ESPN, but if you haven't, this is an outstanding article featuring guys who have had a torn ACL, what it's like to rehab, etc. Well-sourced and just really well-done:

And linked within that article is a twitter account called the ACL Recovery Club that has a bunch of interesting stuff, including tweets about and to Lewis (a list of RBs who have had the surgery and come back even better post-injury.)
