I hope not. Mayo's grandfather was in the Air Force I believe. At his initial press conference he spoke about his grandfather was a big role model of his. Let's hope some of that discipline spills over. I do believe there is a way to encourage and expect discipline in this new school mentality.

All that I have heard and seen is that Mayo knows how to relate to these young players because he is on their level.

BB was never on their level and he did not give a rats axx whose feathers were ruffled. The results speak for themselves.

We are still in the how much better the new way regime is phase with months more to go. Big talk and bigger dividends.
