umm...not really, would for that to be the case, but def not...unless we're not counting texas as deep south

Having lived in Texas for a couple years, I think Texas is separate from the deep south. Some also talk about Texas as being part of the Southwest (where I live now). I think it's separate from that as well. Texas is just Texas.
