Yep that’s every spot on the podium.

Bill would be an afterthought today if he decided otherwise.

BB practicing his "Tell Guerrero to pack up his pharmacy bag and get the f*%k out of the building" speech......

What is Tom Brady, Alex?

“Overdrafting” Mankins
“Overdrafting” Vollmer
Trading up for both Jones and Hightower in the late 1st round.

Even better:

Tricking the Jets into thinking that he wanted to draft Gholston, then trading down and taking his guy Mayo at 10.

Acquiring Ted Washington, Keith Traylor and Vince Wilfork in 2003-2004. They don’t run the 3-4 without them.

Taking a chance on Rodney Harrison.

Moving Willie McGinest to OLB who was struggling to stay healthy at DE.

Trading for Corey Dillon. I would’ve preferred Steven Jackson long term, but Dillon was a sure thing. He had his best season in 2004.

Going all out in 2007.

Hiring Floyd Reese.

Rolling the dice and drafting Gronk. He was the catalyst for their new dominance of the AFC going to 8 straight AFCCG.

Drafting HT.

Signing Revis and Malcolm Butler.

Signing Gilmore who wasn’t exactly living up to his hype in Buffalo. The contract he got had many scratching their heads.

That was Dwayne Robertson.

They took Ty Warren.

Bill handled the Milloy release well. Could have caused a huge problem in the locker room especially after they got smoked in Buffalo.

BB trades up two spots to leapfrog the Ravens and select Gronk in the 2010 draft, sending the Ravens scrambling for their PFW draft guides before wasting the pick on Sergio Kindle.
That was epic.

He traded out of 2009s 1st rd, took Chung and Vollmer and Edelman later. Two HOFers drafted in back to back drafts.

Ozzie then took Dennis Pitta. Hilarious. He drafted a guy who fell down the stairs and never played and then an injury prone JAG at TE.

Says ‘snap face’ but hooks up with current life partner & Internet guru Linda Holliday !

How about his in-season trade moves with big impact on D where no other teams ever doing anything.

Talib in 2013

Casillas and Ayers at the deadline in 2014

And, of course, Van Noy in 2016 for a 6th rder.

Just epic moves that helped them win the SBs and put them over the top, even if in smaller ways. He gave up next to nothing to acquire those players in 2014 and 2016 midseason.

I wonder if Milloy regrets not taking a pay cut? Could’ve won 2 more.

Talib was 2012.

Those weren’t “epic”. They were fine depth moves but that’s about it.
Ahh, you're right. He played a full season in 2013 before leaving.

Yeah, I am not saying the moves were epic, but the fact he actually makes moves and those players jump in an help in small ways is epic. No GM makes trades mid season. It's not a thing. Ayers in particular helped in small ways and Casillas was also very good. That game in SD comes to mind. They lost @ GB in a close one and then stayed out West and Browner decleated their TE perfectly, shoulder to shoulder, and McCourty ran back the pick 6. They actually had the balls to call it an illegal hit.

Ayers had an INT that game, too, if I remember correctly. He dropped into zone and it fooled Rivers.

The more I reminisce, the more I realize how many times Goodell tried to affect this team's situation. It's just unreal how many times that happened, especially on a scoring play or momentum swinging calls.

Akiem Hicks was a very good trade in 2015.
