I remember when I worked at Dana Farber, and any time I was having a bad day (doctors yelling, moron boss being her typical moron self) I'd take off for a while and walk through the main campus. Looking at all the little, bald children walking around with parents who looked like their hearts had been blown out their backsides, I'd think 'yeah, not such a bad day after all"
That's what I cannot understand about Patriots haters: you've got a guy who played through a super bowl while battling cancer and never said a word, and who's son now battles that disease; you've got possibly the greatest quarterback to ever play the game upset that his mother is sick (and could be seriously ill), who still took time out to write a two page letter to a family that lost their son to senseless violence; you've got a guy who was nominated this year for the prestigious Walter Payton Man of the Year award; and this is all on ONE TEAM.
These guys aren't just Patriots players, they're damn fine Americans.
