They acted in bad faith on the strip sack, that's a 7 point swing right there.

On the McCourthy pick he really was down by contact, I saw an angle where it was clear he was touched, anyway the refs threw a pick for illegal blocking anyway to guarantee the game was not over right there.

Sorry, but how can you be "down by contact" when you don't have control of the ball?

And every angle I saw showed clear space between Wallace's hand and McCourty after Wallace fell.

I wasn't overly concerned with the "down by contact" play especially after the next play which put them where they would have been anyways but the "stopped forward progress" crap that negated the strip sack sucked.

Anyways those aside I thought they stayed pretty much out of the game. And if the Special Teams had not taken a 60 second dump in the middle of the game this would have been a blow out.
