Drafting For Defense - 1st and 2nd Round

Absolutely agree on Ted Washington vs Vince Wilfork.

Every time I think about those two I see the contrast between Washington blowing up the Colts o-line to allow McGinest to tackle the Edge during that legendary goal line stand, and Wilfork getting pancaked by Jeff Saturday on Addai's game winning TD run in the AFC Championship game.

Wilfork's very good but the Pats have had better defensive linemen on the roster.

Based on where thy were drafted, none of them are really 'hits'....in fact, one could argue tht each of the should do more based on where they were draft.

The last hit the pats have had on defense is wilfork

Jerod Mayo...unless you still wanted to take All Pro Stud Vernon Gholston.

Timmons and Woodley in the same draft is enough to make you puke.
