1. Brady haters are correct about two narrow points:
  • Brady did delegate destruction of his cellphone.
  • Brady has been disingenuous about his lack of enthusiasm for giving the league access to his personal communications.
The recent good news is that that is all a LOT easier to explain than it was before.
  • The league's total dishonesty has been shown in many ways.
  • In particular, the league has been shown to be dishonest in its statements about Brady's communications.
  • The emails that have now leaked are embarrassing to him in ways that have NOTHING to do with showing any guilt for any form of cheating, PSI-related or otherwise.
2. Brady haters are correct about another narrow point as well -- Brady for a long time sounded tentative and confused in his response to the charges.

The recent good news about that part is that everybody knows the league lied in a MAJOR way about the ball pressure readings. So of course he was confused when challenged to explain something that DID NOT HAPPEN.

3. There have really only ever been four strands of "Brady must be lying" arguments that made any sense.
  • The balls did deflate somehow, in an unnatural way. That has now been shown to be based on NFL LIES.
  • Brady made implausible claims about his conversations with Jastremski. That is now widely understood to be a TOTAL ROGER GOODELL LIE.
  • Brady concealed his conversations. I addressed that above.
  • Brady was generally evasive. I addressed that above too.
There's nothing really left to accuse Brady with at all -- general jealousy of course always excepted.

IMO this is not about Brady, but about Kensil et al intense hatred for BB.. the league of washed out former jets fans(NFL) hate BB, his arrogance and most of all his winning..

They tried to unseat him in "spygate" and now "deflategate" their hope was that penalties like the one's handed down in "bountygate".. if enough bad light is shown on the Pats then maybe, just maybe Kraft will get rid of BB and the rest of the AFC east will have a chance..

This whole thing is a classic case of the NFL losing complete control of this whole matter and with the use of their propaganda personnel, they are dealing with unintended consequences, which they are failing miserably at..

No matter the outcome, be prepared for a series of well timed leaks about allegations of the Pats by the NFL inner circle throughout the year by their ministry of propaganda..

Ok how about this....tanquay(vomit) ....where there is smoke there is fire, 3 text msgs missing, and godell is so stupid he has screwed this up(in other words if he wasn't such an idiot he would have made a better case) . Oh yea, that is "evidence "
Dumb as nails

Minnihane (who is also a @ick) is wiping the floor with Tanq
