The critics have blasted them all season, but Sunday night the Patriots defense proved that they really are better than people think.

Tom Brady will be replaced in the Pro Bowl by Andy Dalton.

From a quick review of https://t.co/9NbmliIfE0 I count current 15 Patriots who played in the last Patriots-Falcons game (9/29/2013)

RT @FO_ScottKacsmar: Last NE-ATL game is about as irrelevant as it gets. 2013, early in the season, hardly any of the same starters left.

@gbradyradio 2 diff players, roles. 1 is a true slot, the best ever. The other a more versatile, all over the field guy. Both great players

@johnnyroosevelt should have thrown at the covered ones to exhibit better quarterbacking 🙄

If "the system" is what makes Brady so great, then Osweiler would be an All-Pro...same O system. "The system" arguments are beyond dumb.

Injury replacements are not Pro Bowlers. You have to be on the initial roster.

You're right, and BB will think PRODUCTIVELY about that run game, and come up with some good strategies. Really, in the October game our run D wasn't THAT bad. Take back that 68-yarder (I know, you can't take anything back, but suppose we've fixed the problem that allowed that run to happen) and the Bronc's averaged like 3.9 per run.

I'm convinced the game will come down to whether our Front 7 can get through their vaunted O-line CONSISTENTLY to pressure Plummer. I don't care how many sacks we get --- hardly matters --- I care about making Plummer feel pressure so OFTEN that their coaches stop calling long pass plays!
