This is not breaking news. Brady said he likes the balls a 12.5. And he was unhappy when he found they were not.
So having this common knowledge, why is it not plausible that Jaz and McN did this on their own so they could avoid any crap from the equipment manager if it was found the ball were over the 12.5.
This does not mean that Brady had any knowledge of their taking air out of the balls once they left the officials locker room. And that is what this whole thing is all about.

I'd say it's not plausible because they would have to have accomplished it in 90 seconds. It doesn't matter how much motive is perceived (and I don't see much here), if they couldn't do it then it's pointless. If I dislike the president and he gets killed it doesn't become plausible I killed him absent any reasonable opportunity.

Not only that but he was unhappy when they were found to be at around. 16 which is way, way over the supposed sacred legal limit.

Balls at ~16 indicates ref incompetence.
Why are we treating the "refs set Pats balls at 12.5" as unequivocally true & certain?
NFW is Walt Anderson or any other ref under the glare of spotlight gonna admit "Hey if they're close, we treat 'em as good to go". My point is it is "plausible" some started out around 12 or so.
Yet Wells, Goodell, the entire nation, accept every word by any non-Patriot as sacrosanct.
