There is one major difference between Klecko and Mills - Mills is a skill position player! Which means his most important skills are route running, hands, ability to read defense and adjust. All of these skills are not dependent on size. Klecko, on the other hand, is a DL. And a 2-gap DL without size is kind of like a QB without arm strength. And when I say size, I'm talking about height, weight, and arm length. All 3 are important, and Klecko is 0 for 3.
Mills will probably never be a Graham or Coates type of in-line TE. But I can certainly see him doing well in a role similar to what Watson did last year - lots of motion, lining up some at H-Back, some at FB, some in the slot or even split-out.
I have to admit, during draft day, I was rooting either Haralson, Blacmon, or Skyler Green. But I'm quite enthusiastic about seeing what Mills can do.
