Cornerbacks

Hey all, each year I try to learn more and more about the game, and since this year we might be taking a corner in the draft I'm interested in how people evaluate them.

So, How do you evaluate a cornerback? Are there certain tangibles (stats) and intangibles you look for? Also I know there are different types of corners. I about shutdown corners, but what are the other kinds?
