coming soon.... (all things Mac Jones)

It all starts with Jones, and the financial implications of his rise to QB1 is significant. A four-year, $16 million contract (with a fifth-year option) is outstanding value for a starting quarterback -- especially when comparing it to top picks Trevor Lawrence ($36.8 million, Jacksonville Jaguars), Zach Wilson ($35.1 million, New York Jets) and Trey Lance ($34.1 million, San Francisco 49ers).

If I may play the Devil's advocate here, his WRs had to break stride often in order to catch passes that would've been otherwise under-thrown... in some cases well under-thrown...

yeah every once in a while, but most of those throws were in stride.

“Devil’s advocate”….ie. “Belichick picked him so instead of complementing him for his obvious accuracy as a passer I will nitpick him to death and hold him to an impossibly high standard that no quarterback has ever achieved in terms of accuracy.”

Most of those appeared intentional to me to protect the ball and the receiver. All Things QB went over this on YouTube during draft season, and it made a lot of sense about the particulars of ball placement. FWIW.

That makes me feel better...Besides, the only WR here who could out-run Mac's bombs would be Agholor...doubtful that he could under-throw anybody else...
