Colts starting LB Hagler out for season with torn biceps

Indianapolis Colts linebacker Tyjuan Hagler has been place on injured reserve with a ruptured biceps, coach Jim Caldwell announced today. Hagler suffered the season-ending injury Sunday against San Francisco.

Philip Wheeler or Ramon Humber will replace him and start on Sunday against Houston at Lucas Oil Stadium. Wheeler was a third-round draft pick in 2008.

Humber is an undrafted rookie from North Dakota State.

Neither has started a game.
