NBC employees and analysts, who will be covering the Super Bowl in two weeks, all had something to say after the championship games on Sunday. Analyst Chris Collinsworth had an interesting comment that I would like to share....

There will be 90 players participating in the game. I'm guessing that the 89 others will also be motivated. Unfortunately, I don't think Tom's position depends on motivation as much as others. He is always motivated. He needs to be smart, calm, and disciplined; those are the things that got him to where he is. It looked like yesterday he was "too motivated" and tried to play the hero.
