ESPN: TEXANS COACH SAID BRADY IS A HEADCASE

Stephen A: Now listen, I think Brady is a great player, but Peyton wasn't a headcase, Montana wasn't a headcase, did you see Aaron Rodgers disrupting the locker room?

And thats why the Texans are the Texans. Someone wasn't up for a difficult task.

Bill O’Brien explains why coaching Tom Brady is ‘one of the most difficult jobs’

"One of the most difficult jobs you can have is coaching Tom because he wants to be coached, you coach him every single day, every minute of the day and all year round because he's all football."
So he wants a coach that is on his own level of passion, competitiveness and commitment to the sport of football. Someone who can keep up with him mentally and someone who can add something to the conversation even when conversing with one of the smartest and most tactically aware quarterbacks of all time.

Bo'B is right that not every OC has that capability. Quite frankly TB12 could step into a coach's role right now and do the OC's job better than most OC's do it, that's got to be a bit intimidating to work with.

Yet many of Brady's current and former teammates said they would go through a wall for him ( Paraphrasing).

Maybe Brady questioned O'Brien on various plays or schemes. He's a competitive guy and wants to win.

And he has that coach, has had him ever since he got to the NFL. A coach that in fact might surpass Brady's commitment and passion for the sport of football.

We are blessed to be watching that pair work together.

I think that's not really fair to O'Brien. He didn't say Brady had an attitude problem, he just said that mentally he's hard to keep up with and wants an OC who takes no days off like he does. He holds his coach and OC to the same insane standard he holds himself, and that requires a coach to go above and beyond the call of duty to live up to, that's all I see O'Brien saying here.
