This is great! I'm about 50 mins in. Man if Grogan wasn't so careless with the football this game would have gotten out of hand in favor of the Patriots early! I love how Cosell mentions the Clayborn/Will McDonough locker room brawl!

Going to watch this whole thing. I died laughing at the IBM laser printer commercial, LOL, that thing was like 40'x7'! hahaha, amazing. Also, about 40 mins in a Bill Russell Buick spot. So cool.

Thanks to every other reply here as well, I will watch all of these. This is awesome! Thanks for the links. I have an 8 month old plus two more offspring, so "free time" doesn't come easy. But with all these links I know where a lot will be spent soon. I can't get enough of these old broadcasts.

As long as we're reminiscing, and there's no game this weekend...

I know this isn't "vintage" but I watched this last night.

I'd be interested in other's observations of what they see after watching this.

After watching this, its pretty clear why BB didn't sign Asante to an extension.

At that time, I was huddled up in my bunk up in North Georgia, listening to the imcomparable (except Gil & Gino) Jack Buck & Hank Stram fade in & out on my little handheld radio. We ran it once more to line it up between the hash marks, and the division title was one kick away. I think they mentioned that John was the most accurate kicker within 40 yards in NFL history or something. Then, static crackled through the air, and only muffled noise was audible, and I knew when the first thing I could make out was, "...Bob Baumhower!..."

Just a terrible night all around.
