Chris Hope

Anybody else think Chris Hope might be a good fit for our secondary? Short-term alongside Rodney, long-term taking over at SS? Maybe with Geno back at corner?

A lot of people have a lot of good things to say about him. One quote on CNNSI was that he could very well be another Polamalu in the right system. I thought he was good last year.

I think he's a decent player, and the quotes from the "league source" seem overly harsh.

No problem. I don't know much about him honestly. And you're right that league source was pretty nasty. I'm not sure how dumb one could be to play in Cowher's defense especially when they're the Superbowl Champs. But like I said, I have no real opinion of him.
