Chiefs to Switch to 3-4

While Pioli obviously has experience picking 3-4 prospects, this doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Their best defensive players - Glenn Dorsey, Tamba Hali, and Derrick Johnson in particular - are poor fits for the 3-4. I don't really understande this.

That's the first I heard of the Chiefs switching to the 3-4. It makes no sense to me either, seems the only defensive talent they have is better suited in the 4-3.

Sounds like the Chiefs are going to need a major overhaul to their roster. Probably no quick turnaround like the Dolphins or Falcons had; Pioli may already be looking ahead to 2010.
