I wanted the Pats to go after him, if was available. Oh well, we'll just have to whoop him.

Breaking: Crowder, Dolphins Reach Agreement
The National Football Post has just been informed that the Miami Dolphins and linebacker Channing Crowder have agreed on a new multi-year contract.

A four-year veteran out of the University of Florida, Crowder had 113 tackles for the 11-5 Dolphins last season.

More details to follow.

Between $4 and $5 million a year, kinda what I expected.

The Dolphins have reportedly agreed to terms with ILB Channing Crowder on a multi-year contract.

NFL.com and the National Football Post are both reporting the agreement. Crowder figures to get about $20-25 million over five years, but with not much guaranteed. He's an injury risk and not an impact player on third down. Feb. 25 - 6:50 pm et

BTW probably safe bet to throw this in the NFL forum.
