Cecil Shorts

A small school receiver working out for the Patriots. I really like Shorts a lot though and think he could be a definate sleeper.

I don't know why this guy is so under the radar. I've watched video of him and he looks more polished than a lot of receivers going in the 2nd and 3rd round and he's ranked in the 4th, 5th, 6th round range. Would love to see the Patriots draft Shorts.

since I had not heard of this guy before I looked him up on a few sites. One write up had a strength of his as "serious speed" and then had as a weakness "not a speedster". I guess you cant expect to much of an accurate write up from a Div III player.
