Really? Well, I wish our staff was as dedicated as you!

Quite frankly, I don't know what effect Capers had on this team and it is no loss to me. He wasn't the DC...and I never heard any of the players say anything about him (good or bad).

I also suspect BB is not the easiest guy to work with/for. If Capers thought the grass was greener, good for him for making a decision and acting on it. Have a great career.

Just to put this thread to bed, there's an article on Capers in today's Globe in which he says nothing but positive things about his time in New England:

He signed a 1 year contract, I believe. So he was not under contract and took a promotion. Yea what a scumbag.
