Camp Reps

Can anyone enlighten me as to what James Harrison meant in his statement when he said " I asked for reps in camp and i didnt get any"

Its probably a stupid question but iv only really followed NFL for a couple a years.
Why would he not get any if he specifically asked for some

Iv posted in the Practice forum as its not a worthy thread in the main

Well the team is preparing for the season... asking nicely for reps doesn't exactly guarantee reps. If Britt asks for more reps than gronk, I still don't think he's gonna get them

If you're wondering why they wouldn't give everyone reps in camp, that's a decent question. Plenty of football teams work everyone in during summer practices. But he likely is referring to "team" period reps with the first defense, not referring to indy drills
