The guys is rarely considered for an OC job and the cowboys make him a HC lol so out of touch. He needs to go back and watch film of the tough teams his dad was responsible for in Cle and KC. Martyball was a ground and pound with tough defense. This guys has never showed anything at any stop along the way IMO.
