Reminds me of a call I got ages ago. My sailing buddy and hoops nemesis was away with his HS daughter home alone. She hosted a party. As you'd expect, things got outa control. Kids from everywhere arrived. BIG party scene. She called for help and I went there, asked the guys to disperse and somehow they did. She's the mother of 2 today and remembers it well.

These kids and their parents should be doing an on the ground mea culpa.

That being said, I have to giggle a little at the Gen X'ers in here claiming how different their childhoods were in the "late 90's and early 00's" - - waaaaay back in the day!

Yeah, considering most of these kids are kids of generation X parents.
