I know the real estate market is in the toilet right now, but for all we know they might sell it ten years from now for double whatever it was that they paid for it. From what I have read they did okay with their real estate in Boston.

When you look at what they're spending money on versus (a) what they've already banked, and (b) what they're making this year, I wouldn't equate it to throwing money around in the scrip clubs and paying for a 14-person entourage with you 24/7.
