Hey everyone ... we'll have plenty of blog updates today. We've got a quick Q+A with Ty Warren here:

http://www.patsfans.com/price/blog/?q=node/457

We'll also have an updated injury report around 4 p.m., as well as a Q+A from Richard Seymour, and a fresh version of "What They're Saying in Denver."

Thanks,
Chris

Good read Chris! Ty was one of my favorites last season the way he dominated the right side, it seemed like Carolina was the only shaky game he had. The work he did in the off-season really shows up with the time he is spending in the backfield.

If you get a chance, see if Patrick Pass will discuss the #83 cap he was reported wearing. Thanks again!

Good read, Chris. Warren is becoming one of my favorite Pats. I was shocked when the Pats drafted him so high, but now I see why they did.

Yes I liked the interview to, although brief - Warren's comparison to Shanahan was interesting, he is clearly one of the coach's that Belichick most respects.

Sounds like Ty has been studying up on his Belichickease...

"What do you like about the 4-3?

The 4-3 is the 4-3. It’s just another one of the fronts we run and we work on."

You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.

Chris, I hope you don't mind a link to a rival blog...

And speaking about Ty Warren, Belichick gave him a the utmost complement.

"He's a total team player. He's been very receptive and diligent about his role in the kicking game. We'd like to use him more than we have, but we can't because of his role on the defense. He's the type of guy you'd like to have out there for every play."

Next week Ty Warren will practice Kick returns and CB.

Good luck Ty W.

Box--no problem at all. Shalise and Joe are top notch reporters, and good people to boot. I love reading their stuff.

And it's been interesting to watch Ty Warren's maturation process. When he first arrived in Foxborough, he was VERY shy, and was reticent to say much of anything to the media. Over the last couple of years, he's become much more engaging--even relaxed--with reporters. A very nice guy.

Thanks Chris, and another nice anecdote too. :eat3:

I have liked warren since drafting him... a quite, do your job type of guy. what are his contract details. I would say he may be the type to extend 2 years before if it could get done. he has been durable and a solid contibuter for the past two years on a young and continually developing D Line
