As always great blog Chris. I liked this answer from Laurence:

"Over the last few years, was it at all frustrating having to split carries?
I never looked at it like that – I’m a team player first. I want to come in and help the team win any way possible. It doesn’t matter – coming off the bench, helping the team. I don’t need to be in the starlight. I just want to help the team win. Being in a situation with me and Marion, we both knew we bring something different to the table. We both help the team win. We both never complained about who is helping the team more because I always felt like it’s what you do with the carries you do get. With the carries I do get, if I help the team win, I’m happy.:
