Peyton Manning knows how to market himself and play to an audience. He was in New York, home of an important NFC Franchise and a pathetic AFC Franchise whose teams are, for some reason, permitted to play in the League. So, he was playing to his audience more than anything else, I guess.

If we're paranoid, there was also a "Spygate" dig in there, methinks his comment could be read as saying..."somehow Belichick always figures out how to know what the other team is going to do." "Wink Wink"
