I just cannot feel sympathy for someone who buys from a disreputable broker. What those guys do is sell tickets they don't own with the goal of buying them for less than what they sold for. If, however, they are unable to buy the tickets for less, they simply refund the money, which is all they are legally obligated to do.

If you aren't going to TicketMaster (the official partner of the NFL) or StubHub (the most reputable brokerage out there) then you get what you deserve.
