I am repeatedly hearing there's no way to appeal the draft picks as under the NFL constitution they are basically now gone and cannot be appealed. Firstly I find that notion absurd, since the penalty is based on the Wells Report with all its bias and errors. More importantly, what happens if Brady appeals and the case is sent to an independent arbitration and in that appeal process the Wells Report's conclusions are debunked and its findings thrown out. How does that impact Goodell's penalty of the draft picks since they are based on the Wells Report. Does a successful Brady appeal means Goodell is compelled to repeal the draft picks penalty as well?

You need balls for an appeal. We're outta luck bro.
