Maybe a late round pick. Possible sleeper?

Height: 6-23/4 | Weight: 326 | 40-Time: 5.45 Missouri Western St

from Draftcountdown

Good size and bulk with long arms...Excellent strength and power...A great initial punch...Aggressive and super competitive...Plays with a nasty demeanor and finishes his blocks...Gets a fantastic push in the run game...Stout at the point of attack...Good balance...Nice instincts and awareness...A terrific work ethic...Tough and will play through pain...Durable...Has a lot of experience...Very mature...A team leader.

Weaknesses:
Did not play against top competition...Range is pretty limited and will struggle in space...Very raw and has some issues with his technique and footwork...Not overly athletic...Has some trouble staying healthy.

Notes:
A four-year starter for the Griffons...Unanimous 1st Team All-MIAA selection three years in a row...Named a Division II All-American in 2008...Also saw a little action at tackle as a senior...Weighed just 240 pounds when he entered college...Battled through a shoulder injury in 2008...Suffered a sports hernia at the Texas vs. the Nation all-star game which hampered him during the pre-draft process...Small school sleeper with some intriguing physical tools and top-notch intangibles.

Honestly, he sounds to me like the opposite of a Pats-style prospect. The Pats have routinely passed on the bigger, stronger, less mobile linemen in favor of lighter guys with unimpressive bench reps but good foot quickness and top verticals.

Exactly, the hawg teams have been checking him out.
