Any Good WR free agents we can pick up?

A couple of veterans who aren't free agents that I like are Joey Galloway and Donald Driver. If Favre retires, isn't GB in a total rebuilding mode? Draft choice(#3) and saves em cap splace. Plenty of wr's in draft for rebuilding team. I want a proven one and will work with Chad Jackson to try to make him him a good wr. If TB drafts Calvin Johnson does that make Galloway a luxury a lousy team can't afford? Again, frees up cap space(D.Freeney?) and draft his replacement.
