Andre Carter seen limping

The Herald article also says that indications are he will be healthy. Didn't sound like anything to be too alarmed about yet.

Probably he was seen walking to the 1st tee.

Limping? In the offseason? I say cut him.

(who cares --- way too early to read into anything)

We probably won't sign him until either towards the end of TC or after TC.

Either way, I really hope he is back with us.

Imagine the uproar when a gossip story breaks with the headline "Brady drinking glass of water with left arm."

It's nothing serious....He jumped in line ahead of my wife at the supermarket and she kicked him.

I don't think we have to worry about his leg strength recovery, this guy would make Arnold Schwarzenneger say uncle in the gym. He is a beast.

He has a muscle injury it is healing. I would be far more worried if he had blown out his knee. If he has recovered by TC he will be back, for that matter sign him and put him on the shelf till week 9, PUP is our friend.

Whew! Thank God for the ing

It's a reminder of why not having him under contract yet makes perfect sense.

In actuality it might even be a good thing. This will keep him off the market until June, leaving him fewer if any options except to come on "home"

I think we can expect this:

Goodell, "With the 27'th pick of the 2012 Draft the New Patriots select ??? defensive end / linebacker from Podunk University"

Ken, I don't see him having fewer options in June, unless a team that needs a DE now drafts two of them in the first few rds. It is not going to be a question of cap space as he won't command more than 2-3 mill

I disagree. I think that Carter will have more options in June. Many teams may be interested in a healthy Andre Carter. IMHO, the best "bargain" for the patriots can be had now.

He's was in Foxboro to get checked up even though he's not under contract. If that's not a sign of a handshake agreement that he's coming back, I don't know what is.

Ever tear your ACL before? It hurts like a ***** and takes forever to heal. It's normal that he's still limping.
