CTE is not an excuse to brutally murder someone. It’s offensive to those stricken with it to suggest that.

The Hernandez story needs to end.

Beaz wasn't the lawyer that represented AH in the first case. He won the second case and was doing the appeal of the first case

That's a very good point about CTE being found after death, I hadn't thought of that. I agree he was a murderer.

As for your point about operating at a high level and functioning fine. I don't know about that. He was on drugs most of the time. Could he have been better, I don't know.

A "high level" means he was operating like a normal person. He was engaged. People say he was a doting dad. He had a job. Just basic stuff. Sure he did some drugs but that was voluntary activity. Nobody gets off of murder for being drugged up.
