A tale of the tape Ravens vs Pats

Lots of interesting facts thanks

Interesting to me that, against common opponents (CIN, SD, IND, MIA), Pats are 4-1 while Ravens are 1-4.

Tale of the tape.

Patriots

Handed over all in-game tapes, defended by famous coaches since it was legal and commonplace prior to that season's first game.

Recent Super Bowl winner. Apologizes for not following rule in that game. Loss of 1st round pick. Team shamed before their playoff loss.

Ravens

In the Report: Never mentioned to NFL or media they had before-elevator and in-elevator tape.

Created a press conference for the victim to apologize for her role in getting punched in the face (and for the NFL player to apologize for himself and the victim (?)) while keeping the truth of the tape to themselves.

In the Report: promised Goodell's staff they will keep the NFL up to date with new developments.

In the Report: Asked the NFL to choose the punishment, without taking any action themselves. (For example, the Pats suspended Hernandez without any tape at all.)

In the Report: ...But never told the NFL of the description and existence of other tapes, making a mockery of the NFL's process and giving the NFL no way to make a good decision about the player.

Released him immediately when their tape was released to the public on Sep 8. No team punishment of any kind prior.

Recent Super Bowl winner. No punishment. No apology.
