As he seems to have been overthrowing receivers a lot recently, I suggest the totally, 100% genuine, not at all humorous solution. He should throw LEFT HANDED. I did an experiment in my head. I am left handed. When I threw my balls with my left hand, (in my head, that is) they had loads of zip, sometimes too much. However, when I threw right handed, the balls would lop into the hands of receivers (sometimes).
So, Tom, how about it? Start throwing left handed and the overuse of zip will become just enough zip.

i am sure with yr solution we will win easily @ Cin

Or maybe continue throwing right handed, but from his knees !!!!....Lower trajectory, means no overthrowing.......

Or we could bring back the old school 18 step drop...

This way, his overthrows would hit the recievers right in the numbers!

Superb. Can you just imagine the look on the Defenders' faces if he did this? They would all be waiting for a trick play.

Simple answer from Doug Flutie. Change the field to the same size as they use in the CFL. Their field is at least 10 yards wider...

'Scuse me. I did not call Bush a fascist and I did not mention crossing patterns once.

When I throw right handed my passes are sort of weak due to my once-upon-a-time seperated shoulder.

When I throw left handed I throw worse than a 3rd grade school girl.

Lame duck does not begin to describe it.

Interesting suggestion though.

Maybe get some receivers who are 9 feet tall? Maybe hire The Big Show from wrestling as a TE and have opposing D-Backs try to tackle him?-Just a thought

The Real Solution??

We need to "Hook Up" Tom with Allison....

maybe everybody on the team could punch him in the arm before the game. would that work?

How about "flubber" for the wide-outs and TE's???

I suspect Brady isn't overthrowing as much as he's throwing the ball safely. His receivers aren't getting open, so Brady's either throwing the ball away or throwing it to a location where the receiver might catch it, but it won't be intercepted.

Tie a string from his shoulder pad to his wrist so he can't fully extend his arm.
