True and it was funny, but realistically this kid hasn’t caught a pass since 11/6/2011. Chad Johnson was a failure here no doubt about it but he also had 766 receptions, 11,059 receiving yards and 82 touchdowns in his career, Williams has 4 receptions, 46 receiving yards and 0 touchdowns in his career.

I am not a big fan of Chad and I was very disappointed in his time in New England but this kid doesn’t exactly have the credentials to be putting Chad on blast.

You can't really compare numbers here. Ochho was a starting WR caliber guy. Williams is PS/ST material. He is also younger, so at this point of his career, you really can't tell his potential.

The problem is the 116 targets he is trending at to get to those numbers.

They won’t cut him though, Thompkins will at least get a shot at a full offseason, camp and preseason if I had to guess.
