I don't see how teams can be expected to be below the cap by tomorrow night if they have recieved the cap values yet. Maybe they have been given tentative numbers, to use if there is no new agreement.

Considering that some teams have already begun making cuts of key name guys I'd assume they have been given SOMETHING. It'd just be nice if they'd make it known what was going on to the public so all of us fans are not sitting here wondering constantly. It's pretty rediculous that they've allowed this situation to develop in this manner.
