Hard as it is to believe, the Patriots have run the ball only two fewer times than they have passed (202 vs. 204)

You'd think with all the "stats" Brady's put up and with the injuries to Morris and Maroney those numbers wouldn't be so balanced.

The entire Article is somewhat interesting by the way.

I hope Skippy and the offense can keep it going, but it's going to be tough without Morris and Watson.

I love balance - on rosters, in play-calling, etc. The more balanced you are, the more the opponent has to think about; therefore, the less he can prepare for any particular play-call, formation, etc. And that's why I despise empty-backfield formations with < 4 yards to go. No protection for the QB, no check-down option, no sense.
