Sigh. They think this will help them. I don't think this type of ramp is exactly what Bill had in kind when he made his hill. This seems like it will put a metric sh*t ton of pressure on the Achilles tendons.

They never learn that just because BB does something it doesn't mean it will work for you.

Lmfao! That's doing strength more than endurance!

My achilles aches after seeing the photo

To exit ramp each player is handed a burlap bag

those players are in for a treat

I understand the ramp is a temporary measure, put in place until the 49ers can move to their new planned practice location in 2019:

The BB effect:

Atlanta loses SB.

Shanahan jr. gets a job as HC with the 49ers.

Reads about BB's conditioning hill.

49ers install a ridiculous hill

= BB gets into everyone's head one way or another.

Feel personally embarrassed simply watching that clip

Id be careful about the ski-jumpers landing..

BB: "often imitated, but seldom duplicated"..

Did Shanahan hear about "Rex's Shake Weights"??

I'm all for hill sprints but that will never work at all.. incline is ridiculously high.. ah well something for us to all laugh about

I am too lazy to read up on this ramp but I'd assume that the incline angle is adjustable ?

Kyle's cargo cult conditioning contraption.
