If Miami and Texas Tech somehow get to the title game, they should just exclude both offenses and let the defenses duke it out head-to-head: Bain, Mesidor, Moten and Scott going mano-a-mano against Bailey, Height, Hunter and Rodriguez.

The Texas Tech offense isn't going to allow it. They're not good. The TTU defense is going to get gassed with the lack of help from the offense.

Too right.

The most successful I've seen an offense be at stopping Texas Tech's defense is their own offense. Hanging them out to dry.

Ben Roberts interception on 4th down. I think he's one to know next year.

The Texas Tech defense has been awesome but have been completely let down by the offense, particularly Behren Morton. The Oregon defense also deserves credit though.

He has been a tackling machine as well. 15 tackles.

Roberts and Jake Golday. 6'4" 240# LBs who can run like deer with coverage skills. Golday with pass rush versatility.

Lots of great front seven players in all of these teams. Improving our pass rush should be a priority this offseason.

Just watched the highlights. Miami appeared to play a very tough physical game and were just too much for Ohio State where it mattered.

The coaching Miami is getting should not be understated. Saw fantastic coaching from Jason Taylor on how to effectively shed blocks. I am sure the rest of the alumi are pitching probably for free. Michael Irvin is consumed by the U.

Indiana's Charlie Becker has been very good in the latter half of the season. Definitely one to watch next year.

I've had my binkys shine in the first two games. Yhonzae Pierre now has two sacks for Mayo.

Love me some passes defended. : ) I think it is something people don't look enough at when they look at DLs. To me they are just about as good as a TFL and sometimes better. as you may be taking 10, 20 yards or even a TD off the board for all you know. Not to mention no PI on a batted ball.
