2007 vs 2010

This offense is so unpredictable. It's so interchangeable that it just can't be predicted. Defensive coordinators can't really gamer plan for it anymore.

Brady has evolved into a killing machine beyond anything the NFL has ever known. 50 tds in 07 was pretty freaking awesome but you knew where that td was going 48% of the time. Now you have no way of knowing who is getting the ball and the TD's are coming with a more clock controlling, killing you slowly approach as opposed to the quick strike offense of 07.

It's been fun to watch.

I noticed in the Bears game that a few times the camerman couldn't figure out where the ball went, nevermind where it's going.

I think a lot of people were having issues with that, and not necessarily because the Pats are so good...

There were those here who thought the offense could be as good as 2007 once the TE's developed. Changing out Moss for Branch helped the process of moving to a different offense.

I believe that the OFFENSE is now better than at this point in 2007.

The DEFENSE is still a work in progress, and doing exdtremely well indeed.

The numbers prove that. After the 56-10 Bills game, the 2007 offense averaged 27 ppg.

My eyes told me that they were not "humming" as they had earlier in the season.

The 2010 offense isn't just humming, it's a full-blown symphony.

Getting rid of Moss is probably going to go down as one of the shrewdest, brilliant moves by a HC ever.

And I'm super giddy that I predicted this. My fantasy team is in the playoffs because I banked on this young talent. :rocker:

BB trading Randy Moss might go down as the two greatest trade moves ever.

Which is more impressive?

A) Getting WR that has the most impressive season in the history of the NFL for a 4th round pick.

B) Getting a 3rd round pick for a player so useless that the team that trades for him cuts 3 weeks later.

I dunno. It is a close call. But I can't think of a better trade steal than those two.

6 straight games with 30+ points.

2007 Patriots had 8 straight games with 30+ points but from games 1-8. I much prefer this.
