Telling him the news while he was doing NFL Live

I haven't watched any of their shows going on 8 years now. I only watch MNF. The golden years were the 90's into the 2000's.

There is so much competition to be relevant it has resorted to rage baiting.

I hate playing the race card here, but Clark was definitely anti-white in many, many segments I watched of his over the years.
The Brady/Manning/Brees take is case in point.
He was subtle about it, but it was there, far too frequently to be a coincidence.

you racist ****

I figured he would be in the next round of cuts, his mouth has gotten him into trouble a couple times in the last year. Was he the won that ran his mouth before the Pats and Steelers play-off game?

No sure about that one, but he ran his mouth a lot.
Too many analysts today have their own agendas and extreme bias that clouds what they are paid to do, provide in-depth analysis.
If I wanted to hear subjective blind opinions, I can get that at the water cooler at work.
Much like Marshall Faulk back in the day.
When the Pats had their historic offense in 2007, Faulk was doing a bit on NFLN an d was rating the Colts/Pats O units.
He said the Colts had the better:
QB
Oline
RBs
WRs
TEs
Pats had the best offense of all time and this terds hate for the Pats was so blatant he ranks every unit of that years Colts above the Pats.
Again, I can get these ridiculously subjective opinions from the general public, I expect a little more from guys getting paid to "analyze" the game on TV.

We need less color commentators or 'analyst' giving 'hot takes'. Which are really just stupid shock value takes. I want more people who know the sports. Deep stats, and give something of note.

Somewhere in Pittsburgh there’s a river waiting for this no-talent assclown’s van to arrive.

And to agenda-promulgating.

I heard ESPN was a pretty cut-throat place, but this goes beyond the pale!

I think tomorrow could be ugly for a lot of other "talent".

This is the first big layoff after ESPN has gained control of NFL Network.

There's a lot of people who are probably surplus to requirements now.

"Talent" contracts tend to be timed to the beginning of the NFL season.

I bet a lot of such contracts won't be getting renewed.

I hated the early Ryan Clark when his Pat's hate was clear and obvious. However, in recent years I found him to be more unbiased and one of the more astute NFL voices at ESPN. Maybe he got far enough from that great rivalry that the Pats dominated, but remained one of the better rivalries of the 2000's and 2010's. So, I hate to say it but in recent years I found Ryan one of the more insightful analysts on the network.

BUT it is nature of TV to want to keep going younger to get the proper advertising demographic. I am a lot more selective on what I watch on ESPN. How can you trust a network that wants you to believe that the WWE is real.
