Yeah, people around here think the Pats fans are spoiled. It was pretty incredible how early the booing started in that game for the hometown team.

They are an angry fan base.

The responses to that tweet feature one of my favorite nonsensical arguments by Patriots haters:

The Pats calling out questionable actions by other teams!!?? Hahahahahahahahaha​

It’s such an idiotic argument. Cheating is okay as long as a non-Patriots team is involved and, if someone associated with the Patriots points it out, it doesn’t count.

Imagine how crazy this would sound in real life: You get a speeding ticket 10 years ago. Today, you spot a driver passing a school bus with it’s flashers on and stop sign out. You alert the police and their response is “Pfft...Mr. Can’t Obey The Speed Limit is criticizing others? Stop wasting our time.”
