So Blandino claims Gronk straightened his arm and so OPI call was good. You can see the guy covering him stagger back a very little bit.

Video is linked below - comes after discussion of the excess timeout clock fuss.

Please don't blame the messenger here - please send any "Dislikes" and "Disagrees" to Blandino, not me.

I see, Dean, but I guess the defender placing his arm on Gronk's chest and trying to hold him up before separation was created, was not Defensive Pass Interference, right, even though it happened past the 5 yds downfield from the line of scrimmage.

It's all part of the same gig.....they are only succeeding in motivating

Sees the name Dean Blandino..

Blandino could give the president of pathological liars anonymous a run for his money.

You heard it from the donkeys mouth, folks. From now on gronk won't extend his arms and let's see if they still call opi.

I could tell because in my experience, ummm, I mean, that is, harrumph harrumph...

That would have been a hold I think.

can someone post a gif of the alleged PI?

I do believe Ian has said to stop posting gifs from NFL games due to copyright concerns.

Someone should ask this guy if the Giants mugging Gronk was DPI or not.

All I saw was Gronk cutting to the outside and the defensive player reacting late and attempt to chase him.

It's not really a surprise that the standard of officiating has gone down hill year on year since this clown replaced the excellent Mike Pereira.

So blandino, why don't you admit you missed OPI on chung. Thomas extends his arms fully. More egregious than Gronk's OPI.

Honestly if they are calling these types of penalties, we are no longer watching football. More like touch football.

I thought he just said to use external links and don't host it on patsfans.com.
