I love that first hat, but $79 for a hat is ridiculous.

It would cost about $2 to make, just another example of bleeding sports fans dry of their hard earned cash!

Amazon.com has them also.. $19.00, it comes from China though. Beware when ordering on line, gotta read the fine print.

The hat you're looking for has been selling out for months at the NFL shop as well as the Patriots Pro Shop. You're going to have to wait or get lucky finding one when a new shipment arrives. Don't worry though - if these things continue to sell, they will continue to make them. They are not limited editions. Don't pay crazy eBay prices and don't buy that $19.99 knock-off from China.

BTW, at the Dolphins game, I went to the Pro Shop about 30 minutes after it opened and they said that they sold out of that hat in less than 10 minutes. One of the employees said to go during the week instead of game day because they had had them since Thursday of that week.

Yup. I have a Blue one with a Red band and the old Patriots logo that I've owned since the 80's. I also snagged a nice plain dark blue one with the new logo out to Walmart for around $12.

Personally, I'm waiting on the post season to buy Patriots merchandise. Whether they win the SB or not, all the current inventory will be marked down in March, not just in the ProShop, but also in Walmart, ****'s, online, etc.

There is nothing wrong with a grown man wearing a toque with a pom pom on it

Besides, the toque is very comfortable and great for the winter

They were $25 at the Patriots Pro Shop earlier in the season. Also, if you are going to the game, there are vendors on the walk into the stadium from both sides (just a couple of guys with tables set up) who sell them for the same, $25.00. I've bought them at both places.

That hat has been sold out for weeks. Luckily for me I bought mine in October. I wore it a couple of times to the mall to do some XMAS shopping, and I was stopped 3 times with offers to buy it right off my head lol

After an exhaustive search I found 2 at this rinky dink store called the hat club pre Christmas. Other teams on field knit hats are everywhere. Patriots have been discontinued.

Btw, real men wear Pom poms..
