Scumbag troy vincent: "We didn't focus on PSI, just protocol with spot checks"

Because his loyalty to the NFL outweighs his loyalty to the franchise. He would rather side with the money. His actions (or inaction's) prove it.

OT:Irsay announces major news at 5pm today!

The new Meth batch is done! The new Meth batch is done!

Is Danny Amendola the next domino to fall?

It may have been discussed excessively on this board, but it hasn't necessarily been the correct information. If he fails another test, It's a minimum one year or indefinite ban. Not a lifetime one.
  4. Armchair Quarterback

Ejections will now be a thing in the nfl*

Probably the #1 thing I hate about basketball. Goodell further ruining the game.
  5. Armchair Quarterback

Patriots trade for TE Martellus Bennett!

Difference being Bennett is a good football player.
  6. Armchair Quarterback

Patriots trade for TE Martellus Bennett!

Patriots aren't going to cut him, so he has that for leverage. I'd bet the Patriots are completely comfortable with his salary, and I'm almost certain he's not willing to do a pay cut.

Morris (4 years) - 1078 carries, 11 fumbles. 47-365-0 receiving Blount( 6 years) - 869 carries, 14 fumbles. 39-299-1 receiving As already pointed out Morris only had 2 fumbles the last two years in 467 carries, Blount had 5 the last 3 years in 443 carries. Morris' catch total the last two...

Patriots make major update to Wells Report In Context site

From the very same article by Michael McCann, he lists Kraft's other options including legal. While none of them are guaranteed (or even likely) to work but they are options nonetheless, and all of the options listed were damaged by his nonsensical acceptance of the penalty. As discussed...

Patriots make major update to Wells Report In Context site

An appeal that resulted in no reduction of penalty would have been an important step to getting it heard in court. It also would have given him an avenue to wage a PR campaign against the punishment and Goodell. And finally, you don't know what the outcome would because Kraft never even tried...

Patriots make major update to Wells Report In Context site

What are you talking about? The exemption is not gone. It should be with the NFL being run like a criminal organization, but it isn't.

Deep threat only. Seeing that the Pats haven't completed a long pass in their last 487 tries might be worth bringing in though.

Would definitely like to see him brought in and would prefer him over Blount (and Starks).
  13. Armchair Quarterback

Kearse staying put. 3 year contract to stay in Seattle.
  14. Armchair Quarterback

Have the Pats already addressed the O-line issues??

Yep, that's why I said 2002 or before.
  15. Armchair Quarterback

Have the Pats already addressed the O-line issues??

Neal, even though he would end up being released, and Wendell were signed by the Pats out of college so they didn't come from the outside. Compton, Ashworth and Gorin were signed in 2002 or before so they're probably not the best example of what the Pats typically do or don't do.

2014 wasn't an accrued season, that's probably how.

Looks like Miller got 4/26 w/ 14 million guaranteed. I wouldn't have a huge problem paying CJA 5-6 million.

Wasn't as crazy about Forte as some were. Looks like it's CJ Anderson or maybe Morris if they want a vet RB. Would be very happy with CJA and Kearse. Wonder if they'd take a flyer on Lamar Miller @ 5/30.
