The reason the Titans have dropped from playing us in the AFC in 03 to where they are is CAP hell they were in. So many short sighted posters are yelling for us to spend the CAP money ASAP, like a kid with 2 shiny quarters in his pocket. That ain't how we've done it, let's hope it never is.

I don't find any reference to waivers in the CBA re: practice squads. A player can always be claimed from the taxi squad but must be put on 53 for at least 3 weeks.

That's clear as far as $500k salary; what is uncertain is the 545k he was to get as earned incentives. Does this play as a salary increase due to performance or as guaranteed $$. If the later his failure to report may cede this money.
